Law degree from the University of San Martin de Porres (1990). Master’s in Public Management from the Technical University of Catalonia (2010). Master’s in Public Procurement from the University of Castilla La Mancha (2017). Master’s in Public Management and Governance from Norbert Wiener University (2017).

He has prioritised his professional practice by providing consultancy services to emblematic entities in both the private and public sectors, such as Electroperú, Instituto Peruano de Energía Nuclear (Secretary General), Ministerio de Energía y Minas (Senior Management Advisor – Ministerial Cabinet), Corporación Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviación Civil (CORPAC), Société Générale de Surveillance (S.G.S. del Perú). He has also held management positions in higher education institutions in the Peruvian private sector: Instituto Superior Alcides Carrión, Universidad Norbert Wiener, Universidad Científica del Sur, Instituto Superior Norbert Wiener.
