Law degree from the University of San Martin de Porres (1990). Master’s in Public Management from the Technical University of Catalonia (2010). He has prioritised his professional practice by providing consultancy services to emblematic entities in both the private and public sectors, such as Electroperú, Instituto Peruano de Energía Nuclear (Secretary General), Ministerio de Energía y Minas (Senior Management Advisor – Ministerial Cabinet), Corporación Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviación Civil (CORPAC), Société Générale de Surveillance (S.G.S. del Perú). He has also held management positions in higher education institutions in the Peruvian private sector: Instituto Superior Alcides Carrión, Universidad Norbert Wiener, Universidad Científica del Sur, Instituto Superior Norbert Wiener.
